She is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), and Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP). With a degree in Accounting from Florida State College at Jacksonville, Nancy combines deep expertise in financial analysis with hands-on experience in business brokerage and lower middle-market M&A transactions.
