Nancy Hallett is the Managing Partner at Strategic Business Valuations and a partner at Gateway Business Advisors. She is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), and Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP). With a degree in Accounting from Florida State College at Jacksonville, Nancy combines deep expertise in financial analysis with hands-on experience in business brokerage and lower middle-market M&A transactions.

Nancy is dedicated to helping business owners understand the true value of their businesses. Her approach is grounded in integrity and a clear understanding of the challenges owners face, ensuring you receive trusted, expert guidance every step of the way.

Gary Hallett is the co-founder of two Jacksonville-based companies: Gateway Business Advisors, specializing in M&A advisory, and Strategic Business Valuations, a valuation and exit planning firm. A Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and M&A Master Intermediary (M&AMI), Gary helps business owners unlock their business's value to achieve an "Exit with No Regrets." His focus is on guiding owners through strategic preparation for successful transitions.

Gary is passionate about making a lasting impact and shares this journey with his wife and business partner, Nancy Hallett.
